Terms Please note that item descriptions, specs and prices on our website are approximate and will be subject to variations and alterations without notice. Purchases & Return Policy. All orders must be paid in full before goods are dispatched. Products returned within the time period of 7 days as specified under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 must be returned as new with all parts and original packaging. If a product has been specifically ordered as Viewing Card, Dishes cancellations will be solely at our discretion, returns of viewing cards will not be accepted. Payment Terms All prices are inclusive of all taxes at the current rate but it excludes postage and package. When you shop online the postage charges will be calculated automatically when you choose the item and country of delivery. We accept orders through our shopping cart with BarclayCard Merchantand via bank transfer. We would strongly advice to not send cash through the post. You can place an order on our online store or you can call us. Delivery Terms Best Technomate will despatch all the orders once payment has been received within 48 hours or the latest within 72 hours during working days from Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries will be subject to a supplement. We can ship items in the UK, Europe and the USA. Delivery Methods We send all items via standard post, special delivery, DHL and parcel force international. We use the following Delivery company for all of our deliveries: Royal Mail. Warranties All the new products come automatically with 12 months Return to base warranty, unless otherwise stated. Any product returned to us that is found not to be faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stock fee. If a product is returned, apart from faulty products, after 7 days new in the original packaging a credit note will be issued . Once a return for a faulty or returned product has been processed please ensure that the item has the original packaging and parts as a charge could be made for the missing items. Faulty products will be exchanged, replaced or repaired as appropriate. Return To Base will require pre-paid postage which will enable us to send the parcel back to you. We are unable to refund any delivery charges. Warranty does not cover the following: neglicenge, tampering; accidental damage, thunderstorms, lighting and spelt liquids.
